Banana Berry Oat Muffins🧁
You asked for the recipe so here we are 👏🏼 These are a muffin game changer! Different to your usual flour muffins, these little guys still manage to offer lots and can be enjoyed hot or cold (perfect for a on-the-go snack 😍). Packed full of flavour and super soft, we were sceptical they would even work out! Recipe below 👇🏼

🍓2 cups rolled oats
🍓1 medium banana
🍓1 cup mixed berries
🍓2 eggs
🍓1/4 cup almond milk
🍓2 scoops @sportsupplementsdirect lean banana protein
🍓1 tsp vanilla essence
🍓1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional but highly recommended!)

🍌Combine oats and protein powder and mix together. In a seperate bowl, mash banana, eggs, milk and vanilla essence together.
🍌Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well. Fold in berries and white choc chips till evenly spread.
🍌Using a greased muffin tin, or muffin cases, evenly scoop out batter so that you have 12 even muffins.
🍌Bake at 180*C for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Let cool then serve up. We recommend pairing with @chobaniau greek yoghurt and extra berries, or some @mayversfood PB and ice cream 🤤
