You asked for the recipe so here we are ๐๐ผ These are a muffin game changer! Different to your usual flour muffins, these little guys still manage to offer lots and can be enjoyed hot or cold (perfect for a on-the-go snack ๐). Packed full of flavour and super soft, we were sceptical they would even work out! Recipe below ๐๐ผ

Ingredients:
๐2 cups rolled oats
๐1 medium banana
๐1 cup mixed berries
๐2 eggs
๐1/4 cup almond milk
๐2 scoopsย @sportsupplementsdirectย lean banana protein
๐1 tsp vanilla essence
๐1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional but highly recommended!)

Method:
๐Combine oats and protein powder and mix together. In a seperate bowl, mash banana, eggs, milk and vanilla essence together.
๐Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well. Fold in berries and white choc chips till evenly spread.
๐Using a greased muffin tin, or muffin cases, evenly scoop out batter so that you have 12 even muffins.
๐Bake at 180*C for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Let cool then serve up. We recommend pairing withย @chobaniauย greek yoghurt and extra berries, or someย @mayversfoodย PB and ice cream ๐คค
