LEUCINE X 2 (50%) - It's the perfect amount of one of the essential amino acid powerhouses to help induce muscle growth. Leucine not only has the capacity to stimulate muscle protein synthesis, it has been suggested to slow muscle damage after intense training by increasing the synthesis of muscle proteins.
ISOLEUCINE X 1 (25%) - Isoleucine is used as fuel by the muscle cells during intense workout.
VALINE X 1 (25%) - Like leucine and isoleucine, the valine encourage protein synthesis and muscle tissue growth while providing energy from glucose creation. It also acts as a facilitator for normal growth and a reparative agent for various tissues in the body.
Suggest Use: Add 10-12g (2 teaspoons) in 350-400ml of water and consume. If too sweet add more water, not sweet enough add more.
Best Results: Take two serves during the day and.or while training to assist and reduce muscle tiredness while you workout.
DIRECTIONS – Add 8-10g 350ml to 400ml of water and shake. BCAA is ideal to be taken around training and as soon as you wake up.
