Chocolate and Mixed Berry Protein Pancakes

🍓 SSD CHOC BERRY PANCAKES 🍓

You have to try my chocolate protein pancake recipe! 🥞🥞🥞

Not only are they delish, they’re good for you too! Free from unnecessary sugars, these dairy free delights will will be your new brekky go-to ✨
INGREDIENTS
🔸 2 large very ripe bananas
🔸 1 cup rolled oats
🔸 4 eggs
🔸 2 scoops of @sportsupplementsdirect vegan chocolate protein powder
🔸 2 tsp cacao powder
🔸 1 tsp cinnamon
🔸 Dash of salt
🔸1 tsp baking powder ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
METHOD
👉 Add all ingredients into a blender (I used a NutriBullet) and blend until smooth - You may need to add a splash of water if the mixture is too thick.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👉 Heat a heaped tsp of ghee (or oil of choice) in the frying pan over a low to medium heat.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👉 When hot enough, add a few heaped tablespoons of your pancake mixture (depending on how big you like your pancakes) and cook for about 3 mins, then flip and cook for another minute or two until cooked through. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

👉 Finish off your masterpiece with a drizzle of maple syrup and top with berries - Enjoy! 👌
