Sam Paton (Bsc Nutrition Science) is a university qualified nutritionist and future dietitian located in Sydney, Australia. She is passionate about leading people to finding their own dietary balance with simple cooking and nutrition education.
Her philosophy is that balance is key in a healthy diet. Sam explores this through her own diet, backed up by her studies. Sam also believes that when people find their balance, they can find a sustainable long-term diet and food freedom which goes hand in hand.
